Call-outs

Call-outs are mid-sized missional communities ranging in size from 20-60 people. All Call-outs have shared values, but each one has an independent vision (or purpose). They seek to develop Biblical community through the relationship of Up, In, and Out: Up towards God, In with each other, and Out towards the world. However, Call-outs are "missional" which means they have a distinctive emphasis on "Out".

Call-outs often consist of multiple small groups. Their frequency of meeting varies depending on the vision of the Call-out.

Small Groups

Small Groups are groups of 6-10 people who meet regularly to grow in discipleship. This occurs through encouragement, accountability, prayer, study, shared meals, etc. Every Small Group is either an Emerging Call-out (a Small Group seeking to become a Call-out) or is part of an existing Call-out. A Small Group shares vision and values with it's Call-out. It participates in its Call-outs events. The Small Group usually gathers weekly between Call-out events. This often takes place in homes. While also emphasizing the Up, In, and Out relationships, Small Groups have a distinctive emphasis on "In".

Huddles

Huddles are leadership/discipleship groups that focus on spiritual growth and accountability. This is also where leaders learn the vision, values, and vocabulary of Threshold Church. It is a weekly commitment for a minimum of 3 years. Because of the high level of commitment required and the level of trust necessary in a high accountability atmosphere, one can only join a huddle at the invitation of the huddle leader. However, it is expected that all ministry leaders participate in a huddle.

E11ven S7ven is a pay it forward pizza callout that meets on a specific date (the 11th) of every month at a specific time (7:00p.m.)  If you enjoy pizza, please join us at one of our Pie From the Sky Gatherings. We are in search of Toledo's Best pizza! At each gathering we will rate the pizza and have a great time.  We will also pay it forward, buying a pie for someone in the resturant.  Our main purpose or mission of this callout other than eating and finding great pizza is to feed 5000 people in our community.  We also get together through out the month for 11 7 Events in which we will do anything we can to accomplish this goal.  For more info please join us at our next gathering by checking the calender section.  Everyone is welcome.
